Details is your full service wedding coordinator. If you choose to work with us, we will provide the following services.

• All flowers* and other items required for the wedding party, decoration and other events.

• Use of all of our props and supplies to customize your design.

• Details will serve as the liaison… obtaining contracts, delivering payments if necessary, and assuring vendors have all necessary details.

• Assisting/advising as client desires, with ceremony and reception details, floor plan set-up, layout of programs, etc.

• Unlimited emails and communication to make your day stress free!

Week of your wedding:

​

• Available as personal assistant role as needed (errands, details pertaining to the wedding)

• Serving as the go-to person for all guests and wedding party

• Meeting and overseeing arrival of vendors and working with venue staff on wedding day

• Ceremony and reception set up and clean up

• Assisting with reception details (i.e. first dance, toasts, cake-cutting, etc.)

 

*Floral design is an extra fee.
