I know. It has been too long since our last post. We have lots to catch up on so stay tuned… Now, let’s head back to March! Megan and Ed Moody were married on March 11, 2011, at the beautiful Scarritt Bennett Wightman Chapel. Not only was the couple beautiful, they knew how to have a good time! I first realized what a good day this was going to be when the groom and groomsmen made a run to SATCO for some tacos moments before the ceremony. No stress for them! As the couple left the church members from the TSU Choir broke out into the song “Oh Happy Day!” Guests were in awe!
There was another wedding in the smaller chapel! She was so cool to take a pic with Ed and Megan.
The reception was around the corner in the Phoenix Room at the Boundry Restaurant. Looking for a location with amazing food and great staff?!?! This is the place to book! The guests were serenaded by the vocal stylings of the band Rubiks Groove, a local 80’s cover band. When they mentioned “getting into costume,” I thought Megan was going to fall out! What a great surprise when they showed up in costumes from different ’80s movies!
This couple was always smiling and having a blast!
This is one marriage that will lead to lots of laughter and fun.
Good luck Mr. and Mrs. Moody!
